ABOUT KYTN

KYTN is a Non-Profit Organization established by a coalition of 5 local civil societies in Katsina State in 2015 in order to foster unity among youths and to transform and inculcate positive mindset and sense of responsibility in youths.

OUR MISSION

Making sure rights and privileges of youths are safeguarded and gender-specific language in all youth matters are eliminated thereby making for economically and democratically strong youth sector.

OUR VISION

KYTN envisages a sustainable society where youths are democratically, economically, culturally and environmentally conscious and transformed.

OUR CORE OBJECTIVES

Youth

To raise the moral tone of youths by way of addressing challenges facing youths such as hate, extremism, polarization, drug abuse, idleness, sadistic violence and other social vices.
Encouragement

To encourage sustainable habits towards environment so as to conserve ecosystem thereby ensuring environmental health and sustainability.
Promotion

To promote and safeguard of rights, privileges and interests of youths in order to encourage their participation in political and development activities.

To promote the preservation of heritage properties and conservation of cultural heritage.
